Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about improving communication and making a positive impact on the lives of clients and their families. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and enjoys working independently while collaborating with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate and collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and HIPAA regulations.
• Manage caseload efficiently while providing exceptional client care.

Qualifications Required

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Oregon SLP license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience in pediatric speech language therapy.
• Experience with language disorders, articulation/phonology, fluency, feeding/swallowing & myo functional disorder, autism spectrum disorders, AAC, or accent modification.
• Experience providing teletherapy.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
